Job summary

atomica, part of Wesfarmers Health, is recruiting an experienced beauty Retail Manager to lead a new, bold concept from the ground up. You will motivate a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and train staff to glow with knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and wellbeing.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a rotating roster and parental leave coverage. You’ll drive sales, manage budgets, and create memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced beauty

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of similar beauty retail leadership experience
• Strong passion for cosmetics, skincare and wellbeing
• Excellent communication with customers and team members
• Commercially minded with track record of meeting budgets
• Experience rostering within EBA & GRIA frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Provide training, mentoring and feedback to staff to drive performance
• Direct team in delivering one-of-a-kind beauty experiences for customers
• Lead from the front to inspire and motivate the team daily
• Manage rostering and scheduling within agreed frameworks

With your love for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll lead from the front, giving your team all the tools they need through fun training, mentoring, and feedback to help them succeed. You’ll guide them in using their knowledge and skills to help our customers glow, inside and out!

What we’re looking for:

• An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader, with at least 5 years of similar experience
• Someone with exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service) and in a large, faced paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
• Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers and our team members)
• Commercially minded and proven experience in meeting budget requirements
• Sales and metric focussed
• Experience with rostering & working within EBA & GRIA frameworks
