Douglas Chemists Mareeba is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our Mareeba Priceline store, driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll coach a team, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold brand standards in a busy community setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to keep products available for customers
• Implement promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and sales
• Conduct staff training to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and team performance
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain the highest satisfaction levels
• Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and delivers the signature Priceline experience

As our Retail Manager, you will be the heart of our Mareeba store, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
