Reece runs an 18-month retail management development program designed to accelerate leadership and branch operations skills. The program includes a 5-day induction, immersive group learning, on-the-job training and mentoring, with rotations across specialty units.

Successful candidates join as permanent employees from day one and gain exposure to a wide range of products and services before taking on an Assistant Branch Manager role on completion.
