Reece Group in Australia is launching the Retail Leadership Graduate Program SA, an 18-month structured path designed to fast-track talent into retail management roles. Start Feb 2027, AUS & NZ wide, with permanent employment from day one and diverse learning experiences.

You will rotate through various business units, gain hands-on experience in running a branch, and develop skills in product knowledge, customer service, operations, and leadership.
