Responsibilities

• Develop the next generation of leaders through training and coaching.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
• Work on registers, restock shelves and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure store runs smoothly, delivering customer satisfaction.
• Step up and run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
