Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking a Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant to help customers in-store, over the phone, and online. You will be part of a friendly team, provide genuine service, keep showroom standards high, and handle stock through receiving, dispatch and storage.

The role requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to learn about products. We offer training, team pricing, award rates, and a supportive environment within the GPC

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; training provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with lifting and physical tasks as part of showroom duties.

Responsibilities

• Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers.
• Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers.
• Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance.
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards.
• Process stock; receive, dispatch & store.
