OTR Group's Reddy Express is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure a welcoming store, assist Guests with product needs, and promote daily specials. You will work in a fast-paced environment and may be asked to lift stock and stand for long periods.

You'll need strong customer service instincts, be comfortable working solo or as part of a team, and be available for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality customer service.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
