Job summary

Munro Footwear Group in Werribee is seeking a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual) to greet customers with energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. You will assist with stock deliveries and deliver the Munro Experience with every interaction during our peak season from End of November through February 2027.

Ideal candidates bring energy to customer interactions, adapt to fast-paced tasks, and can commit to the busy trading period.

Qualifications

• Greet customers with high energy and provide helpful assistance.
• Help customers find their perfect fit.
• Assist with stock deliveries and store presentation.
• Available during peak trading period (Nov–Feb 2027).
