Job summary

Repco Osborne Park in Western Australia is seeking a Retail Coordinator to create compelling displays, manage product placement and deliver excellent customer service in-store. You will work within a supportive team to keep the showroom well presented, stock levels optimal and stock movement smooth.

The role involves hands-on merchandising, stock handling and collaboration with colleagues to drive great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Physical role with lifting and stocking duties may be required.
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage promotion displays and product placements.
• Provide friendly, accurate service to Repco customers at the counter and showroom.
• Maintain store standards, including merchandising and planogram changes.
• Process stock receiving, dispatching and showroom replenishment.
