Job summary

Optus Enterprise is seeking a Casual Retail Service Consultant for our Springfield location. You will directly engage customers, explain tech products, and provide personalised solutions with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

You’ll work with a team to create memorable shopping experiences and support the store’s daily operations. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to handle inquiries with empathy.
