Optus is seeking a positive, customer-focused Retail Service Consultant to join our Mount Barker team in a part-time capacity. You’ll be the face of Optus, delivering standout customer experiences while building product knowledge and offering friendly, accessible tech solutions.

You’ll assist customers with general questions to complex issues, staying poised and supportive throughout the day. You’ll thrive in a team, adapt to busy periods, and help create memorable experiences for every visitor
