Optus in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Retail Service Consultant to join our store team. You’ll be the face of Optus, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping customers find the right tech solutions.

You’ll work with a supportive team, handle a variety of customer inquiries, and create welcoming, memorable shopping experiences. Flexible rosters and competitive staff perks are on offer in this role.
