Job summary

Optus is seeking a casual Retail Service Consultant to join our Sydney team. You’ll be the face of Optus, delivering friendly, personalised service and helping customers choose tech solutions that fit their needs.

In this role you’ll explore our range of mobile, broadband and digital services, share simple guidance, and create welcoming experiences that turn everyday visits into memorable moments. Flexible rosters and staff support are provided.
