Optus in Australia is seeking a part-time Retail Service Consultant for the Colonnades team to deliver standout customer experiences and expert guidance on Optus products.

You will build product knowledge across the full range of tech solutions and use empathy and clear communication to tailor solutions that brighten customers’ day. Join a supportive team focused on service excellence and adaptability in peak times.

• Contribute to a welcoming, customer‑first environment by working closely with your team and helping create memorable moments for every visitor.
• Stay adaptable and proactive, helping out in periods of high activity and jumping in where needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Your day to day:
