Job summary

Woolworths Group is looking for a Team Member to join the Proactive Services team in Australia. You’ll help keep stores hygienic and ready for customers, working alongside teammates to ensure trolleys are available and the environment is clean and welcoming.

The role involves hands-on cleaning, trolley collection, cross-department support, and customer assistance. Training will be provided on equipment and safety procedures to make the job easier and safer.

Qualifications

• Ambitious mindset and a passion for people.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads up to 10 kg.
• Flexibility to work across multiple environments and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in the daily planner such as sweeping, cleaning walls and bathrooms, trolley bays and team room, and emptying bins.
• Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
• Work across departments to meet cleaning needs.
• Assist customers in-store by answering questions or giving directions.
• Receive full training on operating equipment and tools.
