Job summary

Ampol Limited, one of Australia’s leading convenience retailers, is seeking a Retail Team Member in Sydney. You’ll manage merchandising, inventory control, and stock while handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring each shift ends accurately and securely.

Deliver exceptional customer service, support the Store Manager, and thrive in a team environment. A 7-day roster with overnights and weekend shifts is required. Comprehensive training and flexible rosters are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for over nights and weekends a must.
