Job summary

Thrills, born in Byron Bay, is seeking a casual retail assistant to join our Store Team. Your passion for authentic, on-trend fashion and sustainability will help us maintain a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will focus on delivering great customer service, hitting KPIs and conversion targets, and growing with Thrills through personal development and access to seasonal clothing, product nights, and generous staff discounts.
