Job summary

Lifeline Queensland is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our charity retail network across the state. You will help maintain product merchandising, assist customers, and support stock management to ensure a high-performing store that funds crisis support services.

This is a not-for-profit role with salary packaging benefits, staff discounts, and other employee programs. Weekend availability is preferred to meet store needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
  • A passion for helping customers and building relationships within the community.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.

Job description

  • Remuneration: $34.76 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) + commission program for high performers

  • Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard

  • Complete inventory management & stocktaking

  • Assist Customers with enquiries and sales
