Currently we are looking for a Omnichannel Specialist, reporting to the Australia Retail Applications Manager, you’ll be responsible to lead the analysis, design, testing, rollout, and post‑rollout support, of front‑office applications based on Salesforce technology. Shape the shop and back‑office experiences by gathering requirements, determining priority, defining system designs, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments. Collaborate with business functions and stakeholders to address requests and proactively identify improvements, driving functional design initiatives that standardize and optimize processes and experiences in line with global guidelines.
You’ll have a focus on Business Transformation for core business functions (Sales, Retail, Logistics and Marketing) impacting daily operations and revenue generation. Leading multiple functional streams (Demand, Offering and Sales) of the global front‑office transformation project implementing Salesforce working together with global IT functions and local business stakeholders across all Business Units.
You’ll also coordinate and direct the activities of the internal and external suppliers involved in the streams.
