Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day conduct of matters.
• Develop direct client relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, advocacy and court appearances as experience grows.
• Advise insolvency practitioners, banks, financial institutions, company directors, creditors and shareholders on contentious and advisory matters.
• Work across corporate and personal insolvency, restructurings and workouts, security enforcement, formal insolvency appointments and complex commercial disputes.
