Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried products.
• Cook freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areas.
• Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils and equipment.
• Follow WHS requirements and report hazards or incidents.
• Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
• Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and waste areas clean and organised.
• Support food prep and service teams by ensuring clean equipment is always available.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as required.
• Follow food safety and WHS requirements at all times.
• Report hazards, faults, or incidents to the manager on duty.
• Support smooth service flow during busy periods.
