Job summary

Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. is hiring Restaurant Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and bake fresh items in a fast-paced setting.

You will welcome customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy and speed of service while maintaining a clean, compliant environment. We seek outgoing individuals with prior customer service experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
• Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult enquiries to a Manager.
• Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
• Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager directions.
• Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and contribute to achieving them.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations including restocking of workstations.
• Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible.
• Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing PPE when instructed.
