THISBOWL is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Sydney to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a team of Mixers in delivering exceptional bowls and customer experiences. You’ll model standards, train staff, and drive daily operations with a focus on quality and service.

You will supervise and coach in a dynamic environment, ensuring food safety and consistent guest satisfaction while growing with the brand.
