Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Able to manage shifts and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team across shifts to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations, from opening to close.
• Balance speed, accuracy and customer satisfaction during busy periods.
