Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and quality.
• Lead, supervise and develop restaurant staff, including recruiting and rostering.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and ordering to maintain supply.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries, feedback and complaints.
