Endeavour Group’s Josef Chromy Wines restaurant in Tasmania is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a fine-dining team and oversee daily operations on a 12‑month fixed term (maternity) contract. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage staff and resources, and contribute to a premium dining experience in a scenic vineyard setting.

The role offers a base salary of $87,000 plus super, bonus, and group-wide discounts. RSA required; strong leadership and hospitality passion are essential.

Tucked away in the rolling embrace of the Tamar Valley, 15 minutes from Launceston CBD and airport, Josef Chromy Wines delivers spectacular vineyard and lake views, whether from the dappled shade of the century-old gardens or from the contemporary restaurant’s expansive windows.

Nestled at the heart of the Josef Chromy estate is an immersive dining experience at our hatted restaurant. A cornerstone of the region, it’s a tourist must‑do lunch spot on their Tamar Valley itinerary.

Executive Chef, Nick Raitt, leads the kitchen team in crafting every dish with heart and honesty, using only the best local produce available. From burgeoning tiny farms to artisanal producers, every plate is a testament to the rich tapestry of Northern Tasmania’s land and its people.
