Job summary

Oporto is seeking a Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, delivering on brand promises, quality and safety standards while driving sales and controlling costs. You will lead teams, coach staff and maintain a positive culture that supports exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will translate strategy into action, manage costs and resources, and ensure consistent performance in a fast-paced environment, helping to grow the Oporto brand across venues

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/hospitality management with a track record of driving profitability.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop high performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage costs, labour, and food costs while maintaining guest satisfaction.

As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. You will lead teams, through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and createfeel-goodcustomer experiences through every interaction. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment tocontinuousimprovement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down all whilst improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
