Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a competent Restaurant Manager for its NSW operation. You will lead daily restaurant activities, drive sales, ensure food safety, and coach a high-performing team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering the Red Rooster standard across all shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for Managers right now!

As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability in order to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards, whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.

As a Manager, you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen, be able to translate direction into action, demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every day and be committed to continuous improvement whilst always championing the customer experience. Demonstrated knowledge in the basics of employee relations, such as interpreting awards will be highly regarded.
