Schnitz Penrith is offering a Restaurant Manager role, ideal for leaders who enjoy coaching, guiding and motivating others while learning all aspects of running a fast-paced restaurant.
We value hands-on leaders who lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service and help the team achieve great results together. Schnitz is committed to an inclusive workplace and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Every job promises good culture and opportunity. But here, they’re real and yours for the taking.
We’ve been serving up golden-crumbed, pan-fried schnitzels since 2007, using a traditional Polish family recipe. Yup, we’ve sure grown in that time - from a small family business into a nationwide franchise! But the passion and care we put into crafting each schnitzel hasn’t changed, even if the wallpaper has. If good food, good people and good service matter to you, you owe it to yourself to give it a crack at our place.
If you enjoy coaching, leading and motivating others, this is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills while learning all aspects of running a successful restaurant. There's nothing quite like helping a team achieve great results together.
Experience leading a team is important, but attitude is everything. We want people who are eager to learn, passionate about our product, and committed to treating others with respect.
You’ll thrive at Schnitz if you:
There's more to Schnitz than seriously good food. Our people tell us three things stand out:
Work with a team that genuinely supports one another. We're more than co-workers – we’re a team.
Whether you're looking for a stepping stone or a long-term career, you'll gain valuable skills, experience and opportunities to grow.
We work hard, care about what we do and celebrate success together. Every role matters and every contribution counts.
Schnitz is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace environment. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds - not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes our organisation stronger. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other people of colour, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ people and those with a disability.
