Role is Level 3, Pay Point 4 under the SCHADS Award with flexible full-time and part-time options considered for the right candidate; travel will be required across Taree, Kempsey or Port Macquarie.

Pathfinders’ Out of Home Care Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people and who are in need of alternative accommodation due to being unable to live with their parents or foster carers.
We are currently looking for a Full Time, flexible hours and Part Time options (including school hours) will be considered for the right candidate. Position will be based in Taree, Kempsey or Port Macquarie. Travel will be required.
As the Resources Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Resources Coordinator to manage the operational requirements of Pathfinders’ properties, fleet (vehicles), and IT & Communications (ITC) assets. This is a varied role that combines asset coordination, compliance and administration, making it ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Previous experience in property management or fleet management is highly desirable
This position is Level 3 and Pay Point 4 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (“the SCHADS Award”)
