Role: Therapeutic Youth Worker

As a Therapeutic Youth Worker you’ll be a key support for children & young people aged 12 to 17 years who’ve experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect. Some of the children and young people we care for may also have a disability or complex medical needs requiring specialised support, including personal care.
This residential homes operate 24/7, therefore it is essential that successful applicants are able and willing to work a roster which regularly includes afternoon, active nights and weekend shifts. We will not be able to consider applicants who cannot fulfil this requirement.
