Deacon Recruitment is helping a Queensland residential builder on the Brisbane Northside find an Interior Designer to join as Colour Consultant in new home specification. You will guide colour selections and create specifications for the client’s project.

The role involves end-to-end selections, managing the colour specification library, liaising with purchasers, construction, sales and design teams, sourcing materials, and coordinating with developers and resorts to finalise interior design

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years interior design and colour selections experience.

Responsibilities

• Specifications of the new home builds with clients.
• End to end selections on new residential projects.
• Creating specifications.
• Management of the colour specification library.
• Liaising with purchasing, construction, sales and the design team.
• Sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers.
• Management of interior design specifications and final selections with Developers, holiday parks and resorts.
