Job summary

Rarity Constructions is seeking a skilled Residential Carpenter to join our Brisbane team on a full-time basis. You will handle framing, cladding, decking and finishes on new homes and renovations, with work concentrated within 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD.

Responsibilities include reading plans, installing carpentry components to high standards, and mentoring apprentices. A valid driver’s license, Certificate 3 in Carpentry, and Australian citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Residential Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Residential carpentry experience essential (new builds/ renovations).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certificate 3 in Carpentry.
• Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
• Competitive pay rates.

Job description

Rarity Constructions is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Carpenter to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. We perform a range of work on a variety of projects, including stick and pre-fabricated framing, cladding, decking, fix outs and final fits on custom new homes and renovations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting residential construction projects. Our work is predominately within 30 mins of Brisbane CBD centre.

About you
