Job summary

MedRecruit Limited invites applications for a Resident Medical Officer - Emergency Medicine (ED) at a rural 143-bed hospital in northwest Victoria. The role offers a competitive rate of 250 AUD per hour, with casual loading included, and travel and accommodation provided where applicable.

You'll work in ED, with on-call support and nursing colleagues, requiring neo-resus certification, AHPRA registration, and recent ED experience. PGY 4+ candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Neo-resus training and certification is required.
• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner is required.
• Recent Emergency Department experience is required.
• PGY 4+ level or higher in Australian training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Department coverage in a rural 143-bed hospital.
• Work independently with nursing staff and on-call support.
• Travel and accommodation are provided as part of the role.
