Job summary

Calvary is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse in supervising and coordinating resident care across the home. This role suits Endorsed Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers with appropriate qualifications and a commitment to high-quality care.

You will lead shifts, ensure medications and care requirements are met, and contribute to a respectful, dignified environment for residents in a large Australian health care provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (APRHA registration to administer medications)
• Current National police check
• Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both oral and written
• Desire to join a mission-based organisation delivering care

Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to residents ensuring care is holistic and person-centred.
• Coordinate care across the home including medication management, nutrition and hydration, and pressure care.
• Lead/supervise care on the shift within the designated wing or area.
• Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification and Calvary policies.
