Job summary

A health and social care organisation is seeking a Research Governance Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of studies. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, offering managerial support to researchers, and conducting governance assessments for research projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant research experience and excellent communication skills. Salary ranges from £38,682 to £46,580 annually, pro rata.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a research environment (NHS, University, or industry).
• Experience of research set up and/or recruitment practice and processes.
• Experience of information handling and analysis gained in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to researchers on the research Sponsorship process.
• Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures for the work area.
• Provide regular reports and updates on R&D study activity.
