Redspot Car Rentals is seeking full-time Rental Sales Officers to join our Brisbane Airport and Brisbane CBD teams. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends.

Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply! Primary tasks include servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers, offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs, taking

• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Ability to learn and operate various software systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team ethic.

About the role

Primary tasks include:

Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers

Offering information and additional services based on the customers’ needs

Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person

Checking and spot-cleaning of vehicles pre and post rentals

Providing a high level of customer service

About You

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service

Ability to learn and operate various software systems

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

A strong team ethic

Current, unrestricted driver’s licence

A basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
