Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced SCADA & Controls Engineer to strengthen the performance, reliability and supportability of its OT environment in a renewable energy context.

You will own complex faults, configure Ignition applications, and work across PLC/RTU and plant-control systems while coordinating vendors and internal teams. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with design and commissioning contributions.

Qualifications

Experience with SCADA/controls in utilities or renewables.
Hands-on Ignition configuration, scripting, alarms.
Experience with PLC/RTU and plant-control systems.
Knowledge of industrial comms (DNP3, Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61850).

Responsibilities

Own complex SCADA and controls fault resolution across sites.
Configure and enhance Ignition-based applications and interfaces.
Investigate PLC/RTU and plant-controller behavior across sites.
Trace telemetry and control issues across field, network and SCADA layers.
Improve data quality, availability and reliability.
Contribute to asset upgrades and control-system designs.
Plan and support testing during commissioning.
Strengthen backup and restoration and operations support.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, cyber, infra and vendors.
