Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant/Agent to work with clients and travel vendors to build custom vacation packages. This role rewards an entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and a drive to succeed.

As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will plan itineraries, handle bookings and payments, and maintain vendor relationships. Strong communication and organization are essential, with access to ongoing vendor trainings and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
• Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Previous hospitality and/or sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
• Credentials, E & O Insurance (Required by law), Licensing, and Certifications.
• Receive discounts and travel perks.
• Participate in FAM Trips available only to licensed agents
• Free ongoing vendor and company trainings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to: airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.
• Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.
• Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.
• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.
• Provide superior customer service to clients.
• Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.
