Adventures Await is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant/Agent to craft customized vacation itineraries for clients. You will liaise with vendors, manage bookings and payments, and ensure excellent service from planning through post-travel support.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and self-driven, with a passion for travel. Training is provided and remote work offers flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, attractions and activities.
• Process payments to secure reservations for clients.
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers.
• Attend ongoing trainings to increase knowledge in the industry.
• Provide superior customer service to clients and assist with travel documents.
