Job summary

Aspen Medical is recruiting a Registered Nurse to work remotely in an overnight telehealth role across Australia. The Digital Health Clinician will perform telephone-based triage, provide clinical assessment and health advice, and determine the most appropriate care pathways for a wide range of presentations.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA RN registration with substantial post-graduate experience in acute, emergency, or complex primary healthcare, and be comfortable using digital health

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum four years’ (FTE) post-graduate experience in acute, emergency, critical care or complex primary healthcare.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with digital health platforms and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone-based clinical assessments and triage.
• Provide evidence-based health advice across diverse presentations and age groups.
• Identify clinical risk and determine urgency of care.
• Refer callers to appropriate healthcare services and pathways.
• Support safe clinical decisions through high-quality assessments.
