Responsibilities

• Assess organisational strategy, portfolios and growth opportunities.
• Identify acquisition targets and develop investment theses and business cases.
• Lead due diligence, coordinate advisers and progress transactions to completion.
• Support post-acquisition integration and transformation across operations, governance, people and systems.
• Guide executive and board decisions with clear commercial analysis and recommendations.
• Coach project teams and maintain high delivery quality.
