Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Senior RF Test Engineer to drive RF test, analysis and documentation for Wi‑Fi HaLow designs. You will run OTA and conducted RF tests, analyse results with statistics, and ensure releases meet RF specs. Strong writing and scripting skills are required; experience with in-house test software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on RF test experience with RF components and ICs.
• Knowledge of RF test equipment and Wi-Fi metrics (TX power, EVM, spectral mask, RX sensitivity).
• Strong statistics: apply correct method and turn data into conclusions.
• Clear technical writing and detail orientation.
• Experience with AI tools for analysis, scripting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Test conducted TX/RX and OTA RF tests on reference designs, modules and production samples.
• Analyse RF test data and compare against targets using statistics.
• Validate firmware/hardware releases by ensuring no RF regression.
• Document data-backed recommendations for designs, modules and releases.
• Keep test setups and procedures repeatable and consistent.
• Attend technical meetings to track blocking issues and follow up.
