Job summary

Gentrack is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the new G2 platform. The role sits in the Programmes department and bridges Product, Delivery Engineering, and Salesforce to ensure on-time, on-budget solutions for utility customers.

You will manage scope, quality, budget, and timelines while mentoring teams, promoting Agile practices, and driving continuous improvement. This remote Australia-wide position offers a fixed-term, full-time arrangement focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or similar required.
• Project management certification (Prince2/ PMI) preferred.
• Experience delivering large-scale software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the G2 platform, aligning Product and Delivery Eng with Salesforce.
• Manage scope, quality, budget and timelines across projects.
• Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Support sales in bids and ensure learnings feed pre-sale activities.
• Foster customer-focused delivery partnerships and effective stakeholder relationships.
