Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide to monitor oncology trials and ensure protocol compliance. You will serve as the primary site contact, perform site visits, manage regulatory documentation, and collaborate with investigators to optimize study conduct.

This full-time role requires 4+ years of CRA experience in AUS/NZ, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, globally integrated

Qualifications

• Site management experience in clinical trials, preferably in oncology.
• Educated to degree level (biological sciences, pharmacy, or health-related discipline) or equivalent.
• 4+ years of CRA experience in AUS or NZ with oncology trial exposure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as direct site contact, ensure protocol adherence and issue resolution.
• Maintain CTMS/EDMS data accuracy and TMF filing.
• Support site training and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and site visits.
• Evaluate site recruitment and performance; provide improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with investigators to optimize study conduct.
