Job summary

Bugcrowd is seeking a versatile security technical program manager to drive keystone programs and ensure the engineering team maintains a path of success in security. The role requires excellent communication as the cybersecurity department liaises with all departments within Bugcrowd.

The ideal candidate will own the Vulnerability Management Program, drive metrics, and lead cross‑functional projects with software engineers, engineering leaders, product managers and teams across the US, IN, AUS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 2+ years exposure to security (preferred)
• Ability to understand IT concepts such as web applications and servers, and be relatively tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vulnerability Management Program.
• Drive Metrics and Program Review to communicate performance and drive accountability.
• Project Leadership across engineers, engineering leaders, product managers and other teams across geographies.
• Continuous Improvement of project management tools and practices.
• Business Management tasks including calendar management and vendor coordination.
