Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. Brisbane-based SAP Developer role on a major transformation program.

Work largely remote with a 12-month contract to modernise SAP ERP operations, including S/4HANA and BTP integrations. You will design, develop and maintain scalable SAP solutions, align with clean-core principles, and collaborate with architects, stakeholders and external systems to deliver value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
• Experience building solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP clean-core principles and extension strategies.
• Experience with SAP integrations and enterprise app development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical design skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions on SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
• Analyse and enhance existing SAP capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
• Build custom applications, integrations and extensions using modern SAP development practices.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP clean-core principles and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and external enterprise systems.
• Produce technical documentation, participate in testing activities and support deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Ensure delivered solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and fit for purpose.
