Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Remote Sanitation Policy Analyst to develop and refine sanitation strategies and policies for their diverse operations. This fully remote role requires a deep understanding of public health regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in cleaning and sanitation management.

You will research, analyze, and recommend policy changes, create guidelines, train staff virtually, and report to senior management on policy

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Environmental Science, Public Policy or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in policy analysis, sanitation management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and interpret sanitation regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
• Develop, revise, and implement comprehensive sanitation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Create training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for staff on new or updated policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current sanitation programs and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations, legal, and compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on policy recommendations and compliance status.
