Qualifications

• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.

• Ability to acquire Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Background in remote service delivery of allied health services (desirable).
• High proficiency with MS Office and online meeting platforms; accurate typing and data entry.
• Ability to work on a 24x7 rotating shift roster.
• Demonstrated time/workload management.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet from home.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within 24 hours and meeting with customers in person as needed.
• Resolve complaints and customer problems to satisfy needs and retain business.
• Perform basic billing duties, including completing customer transactions over the phone and issuing refunds.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and help with packaging and shipping as needed.
• Update customer databases with contact details, past complaints and billing information.
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for call volume, satisfaction, sales and rapid response times.
• Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings and report on customer issues.
