Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Compliance / regulatory response Evaluator for financial-services AI to join on a remote contract basis. You will assess AI-produced artifacts against regulatory and quality rubrics, flag factual or presentation errors, and deliver clear feedback to improve model outputs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance for AI in financial services, is fluent in English, and is highly proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance / regulatory response with financial-services AI.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
